The development, which is located at the Southern end of the Baulkham Hills Town Centre, comprises 5,110m2 of retail floor area, 233 residential units and 621 car parking spaces.

This approval was provided by the Joint Regional Planning Panel on 7 August 2014 and represents a significant redevelopment of the Baulkham Hills Town Centre.

The project will provide a high level of residential amenity whilst providing the employment generating benefits of substantial retail space.
