2 – 8 James Street, Carlingford
This site was identified by Tony Merhi as a site that was prime for redevelopment in line with the Carlingford Precinct Plan. The site is adjacent to the Carlingford Railway Station and the Precinct Plan in that location allowed for the development of up to 18 levels. Subsequently, this site was approved for 108 residential units, 148m2 of retail space and 173 basement parking spaces.
12 James Street, Carlingford
This site, adjacent to 2 – 8 James Street was also acquired by Tony Merhi with the aim of redevelopment along based on the provisions of the Carlingford Precinct Plan. This site was approved for the construction of 40 residential units and 25m2 of retail space.
