In addition to the site at 2 – 6 Buckingham Road, Killara, Tony Merhi also acquired to adjoining block at 6A – 8 Buckingham Road. For this site he obtained approval for the demolition of the existing structures and the development of 43 residential units in 2 buildings.
Approval was also obtained for the landscaping works and basement level carparks, in what is to be a high-quality residential building which adjoins the local golf course.
