5o Cecil Avenue, 9 & 10 Roger Place Castle Hill
Following the success of the Railway Street project at Baulkham Hills, Tony Merhi was instrumental in bringing the project at 50 Cecil Avenue,9 & 10 Roger Place Castle Hill to fruition.
The DA was approved on 20 April 1998 and this project, known as the Hills Mirage was the first time that residential unit blocks had been developed in Castle Hill. Again, the R4 High Density residential zoning was utilised to create 22 large residential units with a resort style atmosphere, with a gym, spa and sauna all included.
At the time this project pioneered the apartment market in Castle Hill and the template for higher density developments was set at this time.
